1. Seller Eligibility
- Legally registered business entity with trade license
- Authorized to sell the listed products
- Provide ID, tax info, and bank details
2. Product Listings & Brand Integrity
- Accurate and updated descriptions, pricing, and specs
- No unauthorized use of trademarks or logos
- Only genuine, compliant products may be listed
3. Fulfillment & Shipping
- Ship within committed lead times
- Use NCIEM logistics partners or your own, with tracking
- Professional, safe packaging required
4. Returns, Refunds & Support
- Comply with NCIEM’s return policy
- Provide full refunds for defective or incorrect items
- Respond to customer messages within 1 business day
5. Prohibited Listings
- Counterfeit or unauthorized goods
- Weapons, drugs, recalled or unsafe items
- Non-compliant or restricted items under E.U. law
6. Pricing & Transparency
- No false discounts, price manipulation or hidden charges
- Taxes and shipping charges must be disclosed clearly
7. Third-Party Services
We connect sellers with trusted service providers for logistics, packaging, cataloging, and photography to help streamline operations.
8. Seller Protection & Resolution
Eligible claims are protected by our Seller Protection Fund. Disputes are handled by NCIEM’s compliance team with fair investigation procedures.
9. Account Suspension
- Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination
- Includes repeated customer issues, IP violations, or fraudulent activity
10. Legal Compliance & Contact
