You can withdraw from a purchase made on nciem.de here, online and without logging in. Fill in the form below and click “Widerruf bestätigen”. You can also withdraw by e-mail, by post or with the model form further down this page.

What happens next

1. When you click “Widerruf bestätigen”, your withdrawal is sent to us straight away.
2. You receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. It shows what you submitted and the date and time we received it.
3. Within 1 working day, our support team e-mails you the return instructions and the return address.
4. Once the goods are back with us, or you have shown us proof of sending them, we refund your payment to the original payment method. This happens within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

Withdrawal instructions

If you are a consumer, you have the following right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period starts when you or that third party take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (National Company for Industrial Equipment Marketing NCIEM UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lohmühlenstraße 65, 12435 Berlin, Germany, phone +49 30 2325 8284, e-mail [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also withdraw online with the “Vertrag widerrufen” function on this page. If you use it, we will send you without delay a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods to National Company for Industrial Equipment Marketing NCIEM UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lohmühlenstraße 65, 12435 Berlin, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

End of withdrawal instructions

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• goods that are not prefabricated and are made or configured to your individual specification, or clearly tailored to your personal needs (for example instruments calibrated or configured to your order);
• sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery;
• goods that by their nature have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
• sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Voluntary 30-day return period

In addition to the statutory right, we voluntarily extend the withdrawal period to 30 days from receipt of the goods. The rules above apply to returns within the extended period. This does not limit your statutory rights.
